• Device code: A unique code (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) generated to identify your device
• Device identifier (Android ID): Used to persistently associate your license with your device
• Platform: The type of device you use (e.g. Android TV, iOS, Android)
• Device model: The model name of your device
• Registration date and last connection date

b) Payment and License Data (when you purchase a license)

• Email address: Provided by you during the purchase process
• Stripe customer ID: Created by our payment processor Stripe to manage your payment
• Transaction details: Plan purchased, amount, currency, and transaction status
• License type and expiration date

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never have access to your full credit card number or banking details. For more information, see Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT collect:

• Playback history or viewed content
• Your favorites or preferences
• Your geographic location
• Contacts, photos, or any other personal files
• Usage analytics or advertising identifiers

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely for:

• Device registration and license validation
• Payment processing and subscription management
• Cloud playlist sync (only if you use this feature via the website)
• Transactional emails (license activation confirmations, payment receipts)

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Playlist credentials (server URLs, usernames, passwords) are stored in our database to enable cloud sync. All communications between the app and our servers are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties, except:

• Stripe: Our payment processor, which receives your email and payment information to process transactions

6. Data Retention

• Device data: Retained as long as your account is active
• Payment data: Retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws
• Playlist data: Retained until you delete it or request its deletion

7. Your Rights

You can at any time:

• Delete your local data by uninstalling the application
• Delete your cloud playlists via the website
• Request the deletion of all your data from our servers by contacting us
• Request access to or a copy of the personal data we hold about you
